FIST Grip Donut

If you’ve ever spent a long day riding and ended up with the inside of your thumbs rubbed raw against the grip flanges, you already understand why grip donuts exist.

If you haven’t… congratulations! Your thumbs are apparently tougher than ours.

These FIST Grip Donuts add a soft layer of padding between your hands and the inside flange of your motorcycle grips, helping reduce rubbing, hot spots, calluses, and those annoying thumb blisters that somehow hurt way more than something that small has any right to. Grip donuts are commonly used on motocross and off-road bikes for exactly that reason.

We had these made in a custom Bearded Mechanic red, white, and navy pattern, so they don’t just make your grips a little more comfortable—they also add a little TBM flavor to your bike.

Installation

Slide one donut over each grip and position it against the inside grip flange.

That’s it.

No special tools.
No torque specs.
No service manual.
And, for once, the previous owner probably can’t screw this job up.
